CBD oil has been studied for its potential role in easing symptoms of many common health issues, including anxiety, depression, acne and heart disease. For those with cancer, it may even provide a natural alternative for pain and symptom relief. CBD Oil is made by extracting CBD from the cannabis plant, then diluting it with a carrier oil like coconut or hemp seed oil. Its gaining momentum in the health and wellness world, with some scientific studies confirming it may ease symptoms of ailments like chronic pain and anxiety.

            HELPS NERVE PAIN

Scientists believe that CBD reduces nerve pain by binding to glycine receptors in the brain that regulate the speed with which nerve signals pass between nerve cells. Using CBD is an option for treating many types of chronic pain. A study demonstrated the mechanism by which CBD inhibits inflammatory and neuropathic pain, two of the most troublesome types of chronic pain to treat. More study in humans is needed in this area to substantiate the claims of CBD proponents regarding pain control. In order to use cannabis oil for neuropathy, you have to figure out what form you wish to take it in. Sometimes a lotion or cream may be your best bet if you want to completely bypass having to ingest the oil. If ingesting the oil isn’t a problem for you then we recommend taking cannabis oil drops or using cbd edibles as your primary means of CBD oil. Sublingual drops should be placed under the tongue for approximately 60 seconds to ensure absorption and then swallowed.

It will take about 30 minutes to an hour for it to kick in. If you take capsules or pills them that I’d a premeasured dosage that takes longer to kick in, but you don’t have to measure the dosage out every time yourself. If you need pain relief in social settings than the gummies may work better for you because they give the appearance of candy and no one will know that your eating cannabis oil products. Cannabis oil keeps the body from absorbing the toxin that neurotransmitters pain to the body called anandamide. This allows more of it to circulate rather than be directly absorbed into the blood.

CBD’s anti-inflammatory and antioxidative properties may be able to reduce risk factors that can lead to heart disease, like high blood pressure. It may also be able to reduce conditions like stroke. Your blood pressure can rise under stress, but some research suggests a dose of CBD can diminish that spear. According to healhline, in a 2017 study, healthy human volunteers were subjected to stress and then given a dose of CBD lowered both their heart rate. Heart disease increases your risk of stroke. An ischemic stroke happens when a blood clot blocks blood flow to the brain. Can also burst, causing a hemorrhagic stroke.  A 2010 review found that CBD may help protect patients from brain damage and even aid recovery by boosting brain function.

There are no guidelines for the appropriate use of CBD oil. CBD oil, also referred to as CBD tincture, is usually delivered sublingually (under the tongue). Most are sold in 30-milliliter (mL) bottles with a dropper cap.

There is currently no known "correct" dose of CBD oil. Depending on who you speak to, the daily dose can range anywhere from 5 mg to 25 mg per day. Always start out with a small dose of CBD if you choose to try it. Then, if you choose to increase, add to your dose slowly. A good rule of thumb is to try a very small dose when taking CBD for the first time or when switching to a new CBD product.
